This is a voluntary credential available to employees of QualityPro
accredited companies. Exam topics are vocabulary, ways to deliver
exceptional client service, characteristics of a great client service
professional, organization and time management skills, being resilient,
technology, math and money aptitude, routine job tasks, client retention,
cybersecurity, listening, verbal communication, questioning techniques,
nonverbal communication, phone calls, e-mail, messaging through a service app,
client walk-ins, delusory infestation, where to find reputable information,
interoffice communication & interactions, understanding others’ roles, and
office safety. Pass the exam to earn the CSP credential.
