This 1-hour course was designed in collaboration with the Pyrethroid Working Group to train California PMPs on the responsible application of pyrethroid insecticides in California to promote effective pest management while mitigating the risk of non-target exposure. This training provides an in-depth review of pyrethroid label restrictions and guidelines for use. Additionally, this course provides a general overview of pesticide classes, pesticide mode of action, and pesticide safety.
