Required to earn and maintain QualityPro accreditation for companies in
Canada. All sales & service employees of QualityPro accredited companies
must pass this exam within 6 months of employment. A study guide is included.
The exam tests individuals’ knowledge of the following areas: pesticide
application techniques and equipment, pesticides, pests, and customer
relations.
